Vision:
Humanity thrives due to the amplified impact of integrated leadership.
Mission:
Inspiring you to align to thrive, level up your leadership and amplify your impact.
Value Set:
Authentic Empowerment via Inner Alignment
Anyone with a clear understanding of who and what they are has the possibility of crafting and enacting a life of meaning and joy. Knowing yourself, letting go of conditioning and external limitations is a life-long effort – remaining in alignment is where your power lies.
True Belonging via Dignity
True equity means we all belong – no one is left behind or written off. Everyone has access, resources and the opportunity to heal, individually and collectively. No matter the life one is born into, the experiences along the journey, or the level of healing needed, all are worthy of dignity. Everyone has a seat at the table – we find the ways in which we heal first ourselves, then our systems, so that all may truly know belonging.
Expansive Possibility via Self-Sovereign Freedom
At any moment, anything is possible. To be and remain open to possibility is to know yourself in each moment, to trust more than doubt and to love more than fear. The lightness of being comes from a sense of divine agency – freedom to craft or enact a life of uplifting joy, in sacred service to self and others.
Mutuality via Responsibility
We are a global family where all of life is interconnected. We determine how well we sustain it. Mutuality is our strength. The experience of life has real value, purpose, and joy and yet, it is not about creating a carefree existence for yourself. True leaders see the responsibility inherent in this lived experience and take that responsibility seriously.
Why Be Well?
Be Well was born out of the realization that many of us are leading purposeful lives, yet we are not truly well, individually and collectively. We may have great accomplishments, while managing a variety of important aspects of life, and hold a vision for a better future for those we care about and indeed, all of humanity, but we are stretched by our responsibilities, untethered from contentment, and despite our best efforts, are often joyless.
As a high-performer, I recognized in my own life that in order to lead well, I had to be well. When I wasn’t, I couldn’t fulfill my commitments and responsibilities to my family, my community, my work and my world in ways that reflected my essence. Rather than going about my days doing what was important but exhausting, I needed to get into alignment so that what I was doing was truly fulfilling and uplifting. It is possible! We can be both purposeful AND joyful.
The world needs all of the real you, with your unique gifts.
Let’s do this!
