Align to Thrive
Establish a firm foundation for wellbeing that serves your continuous evolution and see the possibilities in your life with more clarity than ever before! This largely self-paced program of four modules spans eight weeks and includes:
- core video content;
- the Foundation for Wellbeing e-book + bonus videos;
- two individual coaching sessions;
- an integration booklet; and,
- access to the Be Well online community.
Level Up Your Leadership
Feel enlivened and inspired with a personally curated and integrated wellbeing generator, operating on an ever strengthening foundation! This largely self-paced program of nine modules spans 18 weeks and includes:
- core video content;
- the Foundation for Wellbeing e-book + bonus videos;
- six individual coaching sessions;
- an integration booklet, including the Wellbeing Generator frame;
- access to the Be Well online community; and,
- a bonus individual coaching session to be used anytime you feel stuck within six months of completing the course.
Amplify Your Impact
Live your wise and powerful vision for transformational leadership and truly amplified impact! This largely self-paced program of twelve modules spans six months and includes:
- core video content;
- the Foundation for Wellbeing e-book + bonus videos;
- a live accelerator workshop every two weeks (+ recordings);
- twelve individual coaching sessions;
- an integration booklet, including the Wellbeing Generator frame;
- an Amplified Impact toolkit;
- access to the Be Well online community; and,
- a bonus individual coaching session to be used anytime you feel stuck within six months of completing the course.
